The currently sold Silikomart SF058 molds are brown, but this one is blue, and it seems that this color is no longer available in Japan (or has been discontinued). This is an authentic product with the Silikomart embossed mark. (Previously, Silikomart molds in colors like pink and blue were available for purchase in Japan.) It can be used not only for baked goods but also for Japanese sweets, jellies, Bavarian cream, and other cold desserts. It's also recommended to have a different color mold specifically for cold desserts. I have many molds, so I'm selling this to organize my storage.
