This toy can be played with directly or attached to a stroller. The spoken words and sounds are in English. Tested and working. Missing the Velcro on the back (Can be replaced with a product from a 100-yen shop, etc.) There are signs of use such as minor scratches, but no major damage or stains. Please check the photos.
