This is a nylon parka purchased from a sporting goods store for running. The inside is mesh. It has been folded and stored in a drawer for many years, unused. The rubber in the hem has deteriorated and stretched out. It seems to be sewn in, so you could either cut it off or tie it like in the photo, which would hide the rubber and allow you to wear it. Please be aware of this. Other than that, it's unused and in very good condition (^^) Color: Black
