I received this as a return gift for a friend who traveled to Germany. One cup has been used, so the gold on the rim is slightly worn. However, the other cup is almost unused and in beautiful condition, so I have listed it as having no noticeable scratches or stains. Please understand this. The saucers are both in beautiful condition with no scratches or color fading, but this is my personal opinion. I may have overlooked something, so please forgive me if I have. I am in awe of the delicate techniques of German-made items such as Meissen, Herend, and the more affordable Rosenthal Classic Rose. Knowing the high price, I have wrapped each cup and saucer in protective sheets and displayed them in a collection case. I am selling them to organize my collection.
