This is a YAMAHA flute model YFL-23. I purchased it used six months ago and had only the pads replaced. It can be played, but I feel a slight resistance. Since it's an old and inexpensive instrument, I'm not sure if the resistance is inherent or due to aging. Basic notes like "C" and other commonly used notes generally sound, but lower notes feel a bit difficult to produce. I think it's more suitable for individual practice than for ensemble playing. Only the pads have been replaced, and no fine adjustments have been made. (I adjusted keys that felt obviously off, but there may be oversights.) The cork on a part of the foot joint keys has come off, so I've attached a handmade replacement using a glue gun. You can still play it in this condition, but if you're concerned, please have it replaced at a music store. I usually play alto saxophone, so I'm not very knowledgeable about flutes, but I will answer questions as best I can. This is recommended for those who are giving a gift to someone in a wind band or for those who want to play the flute again after a long time. There are marks from where a name was originally written on the case, which I erased (see photo 15). However, the marks are barely noticeable. For the purpose of preventing substitution and avoiding trouble, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding. If you are interested, please consider purchasing it.
