Thank you for viewing! These are pants with a tulip pattern and frills. They are about 7/10 length. I bought them at Birthday and wore them a few times. They have a cute tulip pattern. I think they can still be used, so how about them for daycare wear? ☺︎ There's a part with what looks like a pink marker on it, but other than that, I think they're clean.
