This is a Doraemon soft vinyl figure keychain. While there's no major damage, the painted areas show signs of age, such as stickiness and some staining/ink wear. It's hard to see in the photos, but there's a gentle unevenness from the left cheek to the side of the head. There's also a dent on the back of the head. The color isn't a vibrant blue either.
