Instant purchase is OK. This is a maid outfit cosplay costume (with petticoat and headband). I bought it several years ago and wore it once, but have kept it folded since then. There are small ribbons on the sleeves, and the ribbon on the back attaches with Velcro. There are wrinkles overall. I will iron it before shipping, but it will be folded for shipping, so wrinkles may remain. Please purchase only if you understand this.
