Old stone-kicked glass. It has concentric embossed circles. The two colors of glass are very beautiful. I think it's in good condition, with no scratches or chips. Please check the photos for other details of the condition and size. The long lines on the surface and back are likely marks from cutting the heated glass during manufacturing, as the lines have arrow shapes on either side.
