I did not check if it would fit inside my shoes. It is unused, only taken out of the bag, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive. Regarding the product itself, I found the thickness of the heel part to be reassuring. The stitching is also done carefully and seems durable. Waterproof in a plastic bag.
