This is a Face Player by Core Fit. I am including one brand new, dedicated gel sheet. I purchased it online from a department store during the time it was popular. I used it diligently when I first bought it, but I haven't had much opportunity to use it since then and have kept it in storage. In my personal assessment, I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but I have taken photos of any areas of concern, so please check the images. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The main unit, dedicated gel sheet, instruction manual, and charging USB cable are each included, one of each, in the original box.
