The blocks themselves don't appear to have any stains, but the instruction manual has age-related stains and dirt on the front and back covers. There are also folds and tears. There were two missing pieces: one green door and one light green block. I've checked everything, but there may be other missing pieces that I overlooked due to the large quantity. Please understand this before purchasing. In place of the missing light green block, I've included a green block. Instead of the green door, I've included a Plakids figure.
