This is a stick-on type toilet seat cover. It's thick and should provide a soft, comfortable seating experience. I have others I'm using, so I'm selling this one since I won't be using it. It's a new, unopened item, but it has been stored at home. Please consider this before purchasing. As it's a long item, I will fold a portion of it for packaging and ship it via Yu-Packet Post.
