The striped ones are 6-12 months, Japanese size 70cm. The navy ones are 12-18 months, Japanese size 80cm. The waist is elastic with decorative strings. These were worn for one season and are being sold because they no longer fit. Thank you for your understanding regarding these used items. m(__)m
