I purchased this at Shimamura last month. It seems to be a 2-way design that can be layered with a top underneath or worn as a skirt. I am selling it because I bought another camisole and won't be wearing this one. I bought it for around 2000 yen. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item.
