This is a My Ailu plushie from the Monster Hunter Tsunagaru (Connectable) Plushie G series released by Kabaya in September 2011. The plushies connect to each other by attaching the rings on the back of their necks to other plushies (sold separately). There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please be aware that it has been over 10 years since its release, so please purchase only if you are okay with that.
