This is a 2004 Sanrio Shinkansen design pen pouch. It was made with the approval of JR Central and JR West Japan. The size is approximately 9.5cm (height) x 20cm (width) x 2cm (depth front) x 4cm (depth back). ~ Please forgive any errors as these are amateur measurements. The transparent vinyl compartment on the front, where contents can be seen, has a double zipper that opens 180 degrees and has two pockets inside. The rear compartment is large capacity and can be used for various purposes, not just as a pen pouch. There is a Velcro net pocket on the back.
