National Airlines (English: National Airlines) was an airline in the United States that operated from 1934 to 1980. In 1980, it was absorbed and merged into Pan American World Airways (Pan Am). It was known for its sun logo, called "Sunking," and the logo continued to be used by other airlines even after National Airlines was absorbed by Pan Am.
