I purchased these two years ago and used them for half a day two years ago and half a day last year. There are some white scratches on the back of the right boot from binding wear, and some minor scratches on the heels. Please check the photos. I have tried to show the scratches as clearly as possible, but it's impossible to capture every tiny scratch, so please understand. I have confirmed that the BOA system operates without any problems. I have only used them twice, so I personally feel they are still in usable condition, but please understand that these are used items and have some scratches.
