This is a set that allows you to operate a Canon clip-on flash with a Sony camera. As shown in the 6th photo, the transmitter allows you to operate and adjust the Canon clip-on flash in conjunction. I only bought it to check the operation and haven't used it outdoors. Everything in the photos is included, and there is no box. Photos of the operation check are included for the listing. The transmitter is set by turning the dial below the LCD (photo 3). Please research the detailed usage yourself. The clip-on flash is not included. Batteries are not included; please prepare them yourself. Two AA batteries are required for each.
