It's sewn into a tube shape, the size of a Hanhaba Obi, with about 15cm of the end open. I'm selling it because my tastes have changed and I no longer wear it. I purchased this here and wore it twice. It has been home-cleaned with a delicate wash using a net. I don't see any noticeable stains or fraying, but this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights.
