It is made with new leather that has less grain and fewer surface irregularities. ▪️ Material After selecting high-quality raw hides, the following processes are carried out: Soaking/Liming & Unhairing → Back splitting → Fleshing → Splitting → Scudding (Beaming) → Re-liming Pickling → Tanning → Water squeezing/Shaving → Neutralization, Dyeing & Fatliquoring → Drying → Staking → Seasoning & Spraying → Glazing & Pressing. The [hide → leather] that has been finished through these various processes is then cut, sewn, and processed to complete the product.
