Purchased from an authorized retailer several years ago and used a few times, then stored. It gives a firm lift, like a home-use laser treatment! (In my opinion) One of the gels is unused. I can include the used one if you'd like. Comes with a novelty pouch (which has been used for storage, so it's not unused).
