Thank you for looking. I purchased this item new and displayed it in a room away from direct sunlight for about two months. I believe there are no noticeable scratches or damage, but due to the large number of parts, there may be oversight. Please be aware of this beforehand. There are no missing parts. Although I haven't taken a picture, an additional head is included.
