There are no noticeable stains on the drying parts. The middle pole has some stains. The inside of the connecting parts also has some stains, but since they are on the inside, they should not affect use. I will wipe off any removable dirt before shipping. Please understand that this is a used item. It can be folded up slim for storage when not in use. Assembly is possible without tools. There is no outer box, so it will be disassembled and packed in recycled cardboard. Thank you very much.
