This is a hand-carved hibiscus choker necklace purchased in Hawaii 7-8 years ago. The material is unknown. The cord is adjustable. There are no noticeable scratches, but it has been around for several years, so I would appreciate it if you would consider this. It is 4 cm long and 3 cm wide, and has a strong presence.
