This is a square-shaped tempura pan from Fuji Hororo. A thermometer is not included. It was used for one season after purchase, then washed and stored at home. While there is a general feeling of use and minor scratches and dirt, I believe it can still be used sufficiently. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things, as this item has been inspected by an amateur and stored at home. Also, returns and cancellations are not accepted for any reason.
