This item was received as a novelty when I purchased Chrome Hearts at an authorized Chrome Hearts store several decades ago. It is a new, unused item, but there are some rust-like spots on the back of several of the badges. I have never used it, so I believe it is still usable. As it is considered a consumable item, please understand that it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
