I replaced the batteries on the left and right sides myself, and it worked once, but one of the batteries was defective, so when I replaced it again with a replacement, they stopped connecting. The other one was working fine, but when I opened the shell for comparison, it stopped connecting. I carefully disassembled the shell and did not remove the connectors. The tabs on the board that connect to the battery do not appear to be broken, but this is not guaranteed. I have not reconnected the connectors because it's too much trouble. The product has some scratches from the replacement and adhesive residue. I have handled them carefully, but they are used junk, including the accessories, so please understand before purchasing. Returns and refunds after purchase are not allowed. The case was working fine. The battery is new. The box and accessories are complete. The image shows memory foam ear tips, but I have lost them. If I find them, I will include them as a bonus. Before listing, I wiped the earphone body and case with alcohol.
