It's a large reverse roasted flame maple neck with a round edge/ball edge fret specification. There is a small dot scratch near the 18th fret (please check the last photo). As shown in the photos, the fret edges are rounded, so you won't catch on the frets, making it easier to play. This is not the type where the frets are rounded after being hammered in, but rather the type where round edge frets are hammered in. I've looked at Fender, Fender Mexico, Mighty Mite, Chinese, etc., and the quality is quite good. The flames are very cool. They shimmer depending on the viewing angle and how the light hits them.
