There's a small chip on the top of the case. The instruction manual has a few small stains on the cover and spine, but there are no tears and it can be read without any problems. The software disc has some minor scratches. I don't have a PS2 to test it, but I tried starting it on a PS3 (which is not compatible with PS2 software) and it recognized it as a PS2 format disc as shown in the photo. Therefore, it should probably work, but since I haven't been able to fully confirm its functionality, please understand this before purchasing. There are no smokers or pets, so please rest assured.
