I purchased this a few years ago. I've only worn it once. The back of the neck has a ribbon, which is cute. The length covers the hips. The hem is slightly wrinkled (see the second photo). Otherwise, it looks clean to the untrained eye, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is a used item.
