The peonies, depicted with varying shades of cobalt blue using the aerograph (spraying technique) introduced from Europe, and the bright, clear blue characteristic of Fukagawa, are adorned with "Kinmille," a gold decorative pattern from the late 19th century Europe, reminiscent of Art Nouveau. This design represents the "Fukagawa Style Beauty." Purchased from an antique store.
