This is a "Benly Pack," a handy tool that functions as both a bag sealer and a tape cutter, using commercially available cellophane tape. It's perfect for: * Preserving food * Storing snacks * Sealing garbage bags You can seal items with a single touch using commercially available cellophane tape. It can also be used as a regular tape cutter. I used it a few times for testing, but it has been stored at home in its box. The cutter is almost unused. The non-slip pads on the bottom show some signs of deterioration. There are some stains and scratches on the base (bottom right of the front).
