This is a tube bass preamp from Shift Line, an effects pedal maker in Russia. It's a preamp inspired by the Ampeg B15 series amplifiers. It actually uses one 12AX7 vacuum tube, and when you increase the gain, it adds a tube-like distortion. The sound is relatively neutral when flat, but you can instantly get that Ampeg sound by changing the Deep switch.
