It's a new item with shrink wrap. It might be hard to see, but it's a shrink-wrapped item that's further covered in vinyl. I bought it a long time ago, so it's new, but there might be scratches on the shrink wrap. Also, I think there might be some dents. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. It comes with a bonus. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it via Nekopos.
