I purchased this shortly after the ぬいもーず (Nuimōzu) were first released. I've dressed them in outfits a few times at home. I don't think there are any particular stains, but there are many white parts, and it's an old item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It will take some time to arrive due to shipping.
