After using it twice, I got a Dyson cordless vacuum and stopped using this one, storing it away. I only used it around the stairs, so it hasn't sucked up much dirt. In preparation for listing, I cleaned the entire body and filter with a disinfectant cleaner. I didn't find any noticeable scratches, and I think it's in like-new condition.
