It's unused and has been stored in a garment case or bag. This item seems to be a collaboration with the magazine CanCam, and it has a CanCam x Earth Music tag. When purchased, it was sold as a set with a sweater, but this is the skirt only. It was sold around the fall and winter season, but the skirt seems like it can be worn in any season. *Personally speaking* The skirt length is about 64-65 cm including the tulle. *The lining is about 62 cm.* There appear to be no major stains or scratches, but it's been stored at home and inspected by an amateur, so there's a possibility of oversight.
