I obtained this about 10 years ago, but I've barely opened it and kept it at home. Perhaps because of this, upon checking inside, the main body has separated from the cover (see photo 3). The contents are in relatively good condition. This is an official photobook that was sold with an initial limited run of 5,000 copies, and I believe it's now difficult to obtain and a rare item.
