I'm selling it because I don't need it. Due to aging, there is overall soiling, yellowing, scratches, creasing, and storage odor. There is also soiling on the back of the memo pad. I have taken photos of the areas of concern. Please take a look. It says there are 2 patterns and 80 sheets, as well as on the back of the memo pad. However, they are not all there, and upon checking, there are about 75 sheets remaining. Please understand that not all sheets are present before considering a purchase. I didn't see any writing, but I apologize if I missed anything. This item is not fragile, so I do not plan to use bubble wrap when packaging. Please understand. Immediate purchase is welcome.
