When running on the island during practice, I kept my car keys in it. I've only used it a few times, and I haven't put anything heavy in it, so it's still in good condition and feels sturdy. Even when running at high speeds, there was no bouncing up and down like you often get with running pouches, and it fit my body so well that I almost forgot I was wearing it. There is a small stain. Perfect for running, jogging, and walking!
