I found this while organizing my belongings indoors. I remember acquiring it shortly after the Akita Shinkansen opened (around 1997-98). It was made about 30 years ago and is a very valuable item. The ballpoint pen has only been used for a test write and is almost unused. It is stored in its original black box and is still carefully preserved.
