LeBron 18 Low 28.5cm I received these from a friend and used them about once a week for 1-2 years. There are no insoles. I wore them with my own insoles. There is overall damage, but they are still wearable. They are comfortable, and I am selling them because I bought the same model. Please understand that these are used items before purchasing.
