This is a Carddass regular card from the 1993 main set, specially designed for the Tenkaichi Budokai. It's a valuable item from 30 years ago. Dragon Ball is celebrating its 40th anniversary. I remember clutching 20 yen coins as a child and turning the crank on the Carddass machine. I look forward to doing business with those who are seeking this as a collector's item.
