Made of a very sturdy material. 100% polyester. Thicker than nylon, very solid. Not a "shaka-shaka" (rustling) type of fabric. It's a taut, firm fabric. Great for staying warm. I'm sorry I can't explain it better. Although it wasn't mentioned, it seemed to be water-repellent, so I tested it. (See the photos.) It is water-repellent! Hooded. Adjustable. Lined. Including the sleeves. Outer pockets with zippers. Inner pocket. When zipped up, it's a bit of a high neck.
