Fabric B♭ clarinet ligature, adjustable with a screw. I bought this a while ago and used it. Because it's made of fabric, I think it will produce a softer sound. It can be used without any particular problems. I don't remember what it was like originally, but it looks a little faded, so I've marked it as "slightly scratched or dirty." I think the manufacturer is Rovner, but it's not written anywhere, so it might be different. Ligature only.
