These are pumps from Soft Step Madras, which feature special insoles. The heel height is approximately 6cm, and the 4E wide width provides a comfortable fit. I bought these thinking I'd need them for work, but it turned out heels weren't necessary, so I only wore them twice and they've been stored in the shoe closet since. There's little dirt or damage, and they're in good condition. These are used items. Please consider this before purchasing.
