This is a rare leather accessory from PUERTA DEL SOL. I purchased it at the Ebisu main store nearly 20 years ago. It's an accessory that hooks onto a belt loop like a wallet chain. Depending on how you wear it, it can be used as a belt or a wallet chain. It can also be used as a shoulder strap for a sacoche.
