This is a shirt I purchased a few years ago at a B.B. store in the United States. Therefore, the tag indicates a US size M, which I am listing as a Japanese size L. The Milano fit is B.B.'s slimmest model, so it should fit Japanese people the best, but the sleeves and length were still quite long due to the American sizing, so I had both altered after purchase.
